Entertainment Training

The “Private Service Staff” will be trained on proper entertainment standards based on specifics standards of the estate.  Key aspects of this training will focus on:

• Event planning and organization

• Table settings

• Table service styles and tips

• Serving beverages and bar service

• Floral arrangements

• Cigar etiquette

• Care of silver, china and crystal

• Event and holiday planning to include receptions, buffets, formal and or intimate dinners

• Training the Household Manager to properly manage caterers

• China, crystal, and silver care
